在本节中，我们会:
| • | 创建一个要进行批处理的数据文件列表。 |
| • | 把绘图导出到一个PowerPoint文件。 |
要运行批处理操作:
| 1. | 请选择Application Button(应用程序按钮)→Open Layout(打开版面)。 |
| 2. | 请打开在教程样本数据库中的BatchProcess.fey文件。 |
版面里有ApoMono.001文件对应的两个二维密度图和一个柱状图(图T9.1)。左边的绘图FSC-SSC上有一个名为Whole Cells(所有细胞)的门。右边的绘图FL1-FL2用象限的方式显示了Whole Cells门中的细胞。FL2柱状图也在应用Whole Cells门。

要运行一个批处理，必须先把文件放在Data List(数据列表)中。

这时会出现Data List(数据列表)窗口(图T9.3)。

Data List(数据列表)窗口会显示两个文件(图T9.5)。

注: 批处理过程中文件按照它们在数据列表中的位置被执行。
到现在我们已经告诉了FCS Express我们想要使用BatchProcess.fey版面并使用该版面来分析两个文件ApoMono.001和ApoMono.002。下一步是要让FCS Express知道对每个文件进行分析时都要做什么。

这时会出现Batch Actions(批操作)窗口(图T9.7)。用户将在这里告诉FCS Express在批处理过程中要执行哪些操作。我们需要批处理在每一循环中让FCS Express保存一个PowerPoint文件。

| 8. | 请从Add Action(添加操作)类别选项中选择Save To PowerPoint(保存到PowerPoint) (图T9.7)。 |
这时会弹出Create Export To Powerpoint Action(创建导出至Powerpoint操作)对话框(图T9.8)。

| 9. | 请从Iteration options(循环选项)部分选择Combine the output from all iterations into the same presentation(把所有循环输出的结果合并到一个演示文稿中) 。 |

| 11. | 请输入C:\Temp\ApoMono.ppt作为Save to a new file(保存到新文件)的PowerPoint演示文稿。(如果没有C:\Temp文件夹，请另外选择一个文件夹)。 |

Batch Actions(批操作)窗口(图T9.9)现在已经更新，以此来反映在Add Action(添加批操作)类别选项(图T9.7)中的导出至PowerPoint的设置。

FCS Express将会运行批处理。在一系列自动执行的步骤之后，PowerPoint会被启动来打开ApoMono.ppt文件。这个文件包含两页: 第一页幻灯片显示数据文件ApoMono.001对应的版面(图T9.11)，第二页显示ApoMono.002数据文件对应的版面(图T9.12)。
