2.点击Data Loading(数据导入)选项。位于左边的FCS File Options(FCS文件选项) (图T30.4number1)。

3.选择Keyword to Use as Parameter Name(将关键字作为参数名使用)从选择下拉式菜单中选择 "double negative(双阴性)"。 (图T30.4number2)。
4.点击OK(图T30.4number3)。
现在，就如您导入新的数据文件一样，在FCS Express中您绘图的坐标轴，将以您选择的关键字值进行标记。这些关键字值是与您数据采集时一起保存的，但是，在FCS Express中，我们可对关键字进行编辑。
