A layout can be exported directly as an Adobe PDF file. The resulting PDF file will appear exactly as it looked in FCS Express.

 

To save as a PDF file, select the File tab→Export→Export as PDF File....

 

A dialog will appear that will allow you to:

 

•Name the PDF.

 

•Designate the PDF quality [Low, Medium, High, Highest]. Higher quality documents will have better graphics, but larger file sizes. PDF quality primarily affects the look of statistics windows and gate views.

 

•Choose the mode to export. Besides a full page document there are many options to export as multi-page or multi-page with notes in different page orientations.

 

•Frame the page to add a black border around the PDF page.

 

•Choose which pages you wish to export.
