To create a Save To PowerPoint action, click on Save To PowerPoint (in the Add Action section of the Batch Actions window).
The Create Export to PowerPoint Action dialog (Figure 20.13) is used to set up how each iteration of the layout will be saved as a PowerPoint presentation file.

The properties are divided into four sections:

o | Include background (from Master Slide) |
When checked, the objects on the master page will be placed on the PowerPoint master slide.
o | Open presentation after saving |
When checked, the PowerPoint presentation will be opened after the batch process has ended.
o | Hide Objects that are off the page |
When checked, Objects that are not located on the white page in the layout will not be exported to PowerPoint.
o | Page Range |
Choose which layout pages to export.
• | Iteration options |
Choose whether to save the output of each iteration to a separate file or combine all the output into a single presentation.
• | Append Options |
Choose whether to export to a new file or append the output to an existing PowerPoint presentation.
• | Output file options |
Enter the filename for the exported PowerPoint file(s). See Save Layout - File Options for a description of batch generated filenames.
Click OK when you are finished editing the properties.
