Data Grids have unique formatting properties that can be accessed by right-clicking on the data grid, selecting Format from the pop-up menu, and choosing a category. This method will allow you to use the Preview button to see what the changes would look like without actually accepting the changes. Alternatively, once the Data Grid is selected, you can choose the desired category from the Format tab of the Ribbon.

 

Custom Data grids have been deprecated from FCS Express 6 as the functionality has been improved upon with the addition of Spreadsheets. Any existing Custom Data grids saved in FCS Express 4 or FCS Express 5 layouts will still be available and formattable in FCS Express 6 via the methods in this chapter. Please contact support@denovosoftware.com if you are having any problems working with data grids saved in a previous version of FCS Express in FCS Express 6.
