Position markers can be displayed on DNA histograms to mark the position of cell cycle parameters such as the G1 mean or the background region. The Position Markers category for DNA Preferences allows the user to set the default properties for these markers.

 

Select one or more categories from the list box on the left (Figure 8.116) and choose line options for the markers on the right.
