Spreadsheets in FCS Express support Find and Find and Replace functionality. To access Find and Find and Replace:

1. Click on a spreadsheet or select a range of cells.

2. Press Control+F.

 

The Find and Replace dialog will appear.

 

In the Find tab:

1. Enter a value or text to find within the spreadsheet or selected range.

2. Click Find All or Find Next.

 

If matching values or text is found the spreadsheet will highlight the cell in which the information has been found.

 

The Options button allows you to further designate search terms and locations.

 

In the Replace tab:

 

1. Enter a value or text to find within the spreadsheet or selected range in the Find what area.

2. Enter a value or text to replace the found item in the Replace with area.

      a. Click Find All or Find Next to jump to the next found values.

      b. Click Replace All or Replace to replace the found values with the values indicated in the Replace with area.
