Heat Map Specific Options allow to modify two Heat Map properties:
•Orientation. This option allow to display the Heat Map with Landscape or Portrait orientation. For Heat Maps displaying SPADE, do not change this setting.
•Number of columns to display. This option applies to Heat Maps that display Cluster Assignments from a k-Means transformation and for heat maps that are displaying merged files. It allows you to specify how many columns to display for Clustering Assignment rather than choosing a default number of well columns to display. For merged data files it determines how many columns wide the heat map should represent before "wrapping" to the next row. For instance, if 96 samples are merged together that represent a plate map, setting the value to 12 would result in a heat map with 12 columns and 8 rows.
