FCS Express now supports picture plots, which allow the user to import images for analysis. Picture plots display the imported images and allows the user to gate directly on an image to perform any downstream analysis available in FCS Express. Individual cells identified in a plot can further be isolated in a cell gallery, allowing the user to perform single cell analysis.

•Insert and format a picture plot

•Create multi-channel overlays to merge images

•Use gates with picture plots

•Generate statistics from picture plots

•Use cell galleries for gating and viewing individual cells

 

In the first exercise, we will insert and format picture plots.
