This option only appears in FCS Express Image Cytometry and FCS Express Plus.

 

When loading Amnis *.daf files you have the option to load data with or without images (Figure 8.60). Unchecking the Load images box will load *.daf files without the associated images from the relevant *.cif file.  Resulting plots will only display number data and data grids will not have columns present for single cell images.
