The Data Loading category contains FCS File Options.

 

Users may also define their own Instrument Specific Settings, which can be used to set the default axis range, scaling, and division factors for scatter and fluorescence parameters on an instrument-specific basis.    

 

After defining new Instrument Specific Settings, the data may be reloaded using the Refresh icon which will clear the memory cache of data and reload the data to reflect new changes.
