FCS Express provides data analysis solutions for high-parameter data files generated by mass cytometry.

 

In this tutorial, we will use a pre-built template containing a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to demonstrate the basic features of FCS Express for data analysis using CyTOF mass cytometry data generated with the Fluidigm MaxPar Human Peripheral Blood Basic I Phenotyping Panel Kit. All steps in the tutorial will be contained within the SOP-based template and run in FCS Express. A download for the template is available in step 2 of the next section.  

 

The SOP-based template includes a comprehensive pre-gated cleanup strategy and step-by-step instructions for:

•Creating plots

•Adding gates and creating gating hierarchies

•Adding summary statistics

•Exporting a report to MS PowerPoint via batch processing.
