FCS Express提供两种级别的控制，来决定一个参数是否应用校正：一个全局性的控制，一个针对单独绘图的控制。

 

如果不想用校正，您可以选择View(查看)标签→Tools(工具)→Channel Calibration(通道校正)命令，然后取消对校正旁边的Active(激活的)复选框的选择(图154)。

您也可选择哪些单独的绘图将使用校正。在Format(格式)窗口的Specific Options(特定选项)页(针对柱状图和二维绘图)，包含一Use channel calibrated on axis(在坐标轴上使用通道校正)复选框。如果选中该选项，任何有校正等译的参数都会应用校正。如果不选中Use channel calibrated on axis(在坐标轴上使用通道校正)复选框，不管一校正是否处于激活状态，它都不会被使用。

 

在FCS Express中，同样可以使用标记来监控是否通道校正已经应用于版面上的任何一个坐标轴上，以及监控版面上最后倒入的校正文件。

 

要监控绘图坐标轴上的通道校正，请使用“Is Channel Calibration Applied on the axis?(在坐标轴上应用通道校正？)”标记类型：

 

1.右键点击一文本框。
2.选择Insert Token(插入标记)。
3.选择Plot(绘图)→Plot Information(绘图信息)。
4.在Plot Elements(绘图元素)项目中选择Is channel Calibration applied on the X/Y axis?(在X/Y轴上应用通道校正？)。
5.点击OK。
6.点击Insert(插入)。

 

现在，一个新的标记展示在文本框中，来表示你指定绘图坐标轴的校正状态(图155)。

要监控Last Loaded Channel Calibration File(最后导入的通道校准文件)标记类型：

 

1.右键点击一文本框。
2.选择Insert Token(插入标记)。
3.选择Layout(版面)→Last Loaded Channel Calibration File(最后导入的通道校准文件)。
4.点击Insert(插入)。

 

现在，一个新的标记展示在文本框中，来表示最后导入到版面中的校正文件(图156)。
