Applying a PCA Transformation(应用PCA(主成分分析)转换)

一旦一个PCA Transformation(PCA转换)被定义后，就可应用于任何FCS Express中的绘图。一旦定义好主成分分析，并应用于绘图，可使用标准的门操作和统计来评估新的主成分参数。

 

当一个PCA Transformation(PCA转换)被应用后，文本“PCA transformed(PCA转换)”将出现在该绘图的标题中。

 

PCA转换可能通过如下的几种方式被用于一维图，二维图和/或热图：

 

•拖拽转换窗口中的一个PCA到准备好的绘图中(图2918)。

•进入Formatting Overlays(格式化叠加图层)，然后从转换下拉菜单中选择PCA转换。

2种方式的结果可以如下(图2919)。请注意，后缀“PCA transformed(PCA转换)”将会出现在绘图的标题中。
