Custom Data

Custom Data takes the form of a table with spreadsheet-like qualities where you:
| • | Define columns which represent the parameters of your experiment. |
| • | Fill the columns of your table with derived data based on formulas and/or tokens (statistics and other tokens available in FCS Express). |
Each row in the table represents one "cell/event" from the data set (analogous to each cell in an FCS file).
Custom Data can be used like any other kind of data set. It will appear as a node in the Data Navigator. You can view the header to see parameter definitions and add keywords.
Once the data is tabulated, you can display it graphically, using Pie Chars, Bar Charts and Scatter Plots. For example, Custom Data can be used to automate the process of generating titration curves.
