The ImageXpress VelosTM Imaging Cytometer enables robust real-time assays for microarray, bead, cell, and colony classification and enumeration in user-defined or commercially available formats. The ImageXpress Velos Imaging Cytometer is ideally suited for high throughput screening of many cell-based assays which makes for a great pairing with the high content and batch processing abilities of FCS Express. De Novo Software has teamed up with Molecular Devices to allow analysis of high throughput imaging in FCS Express. Once your data is properly saved within the ImageXpress Velos software, FCS Express can import the data and allow visualization of your data set with all of our familiar 2D plots and new plotting features, such as picture plots and heat maps.
