The first level of security is based on restricting functionality based on a particular user. When security is activated, each user must log in to FCS Express with a user name and password (Figure 18.1).

 

 

 

 

Users are created and managed from the Security→User Administration command within FCS Express (Figure 18.2).

 

 

 

 

 

 

Each user is also assigned to a User Security Group and can only performfunctions that are allowed by that group. Hence, if Group A does not allow its members to print layouts, then any user who is a member of Group A will not be allowed to print layouts.
