FCS Express提供两种级别的控制，来决定一个参数是否应用校正：一个全局性的控制，一个针对单独绘图的控制。

 

如果不想用校正，您可以选择Tools(工具)标签→点击 Channel Calibration(通道校正)命令，然后取消对校正旁边的Active(激活的)复选框的选择(图155)。

您也可选择哪些单独的点图将使用校正。此特殊选项里Format(格式)页(针对二维绘图和选项，用户可选择不增加一个特定的数据层。)，包含一Use channel calibrated on axis(在坐标轴上使用通道校正)修改参数。如果选中该选项，任何被校正定义的参数都会应用校正。如果Use channel calibrated on axis(在坐标轴上使用通道校正)选项没有被选上，则校正不会被应用，跟校正有没有被激活无关(图156)。

同样在FCS Express中可以使用标记来监控是否通道校正已经应用于版面上的任何一个坐标轴上以及监控版面上最后导入的校正文件。

 

要监控绘图坐标轴上的通道校正，请使用“Is Channel Calibration Applied on the axis?(在坐标轴上应用通道校正？)Token Type(标记类型)

 

1.在一个文本框上点击右键。
2.从弹出菜单中选择Insert Token(插入标记)。
3.从弹出菜单中选择Plot→Plot Information。
4.从弹出菜单中选择Is channel Calibration applied on the X/Y axis?(在X/Y轴上应用通道校正？)在Plot Elements(绘图元素)目录下。
5.点击OK。
6.点击Insert(插入)。

 

现在，一个新的标记展示在文本框中，来表示你指定绘图坐标轴的校正状态图157)。

要监控Last Loaded Channel Calibration File(最后导入的通道校准文件)Token Type(标记类型)

 

1.在一个文本框上点击右键。
