ImageJ is free open-source software designed to process and analyze images. Through the use of macros and plugins users can automate tasks and create custom tools. De Novo Software has created macros and plugins for ImageJ that allow you to export many types of imaging experiments from ImageJ to FCS Express Version  (see our Example Webpage for specific examples). Once your data is properly exported from ImageJ, FCS Express Image Cytometry will allow you to perform a flow cytometry style data analysis on your data with all of our familiar 2D plots and new plotting features such as picture plots and heat maps.

 

The tutorial will use sample data to:

Export a single image from ImageJ to FCS Express

Create a .ijx Analysis Configuration file

Use a .ijx Analysis Configuration file to export a group or set of images from ImageJ to FCS Express
