Spectral data from the Cytek Aurora instrument may be analyzed in FCS Express with direct linking from standard flow cytometry results to the raw and unmixed spectral results.  In this two-part tutorial, we will use sample Cytek Aurora data to create a basic flow cytometry style analysis as well as delving into detail with the Spectrum plot functionality in FCS Express.  Please also see the following topics in our main manual sections for useful background information, specific options, and data management considerations.
