FCS Express 5 has the following new data loading and data list features

 

Data Loading:

 

•Any BD Accuri C6 data can be loaded into heat maps even if not acquired in a plate.
•Extra keyword files can be loaded in a table format.
•Any file in comma delimited format (.csv) may be loaded in FCS Express.
•Ability to load very large data files.

 

Data List:

 

•Enable Defer layout changes to allow adding data files and reordering them in the data list without immediately updating data in the layout.
•Iteration column added which allows you to click on a file to navigate to any file in the list.
•Files belonging to the current iteration now highlighted.
•Double click on files in the data list will now specify an action, ie change data, add overlays, etc.
•Iterations may be flagged for review.
•Next/Previous buttons consolidated to work with dropdown of selected plots or all plots.
