使用SPADE转换

一旦SPADE 被预设好，它可以被应用于FCS Express中的Heat Maps(热图)。请注意当为一个非多孔板数据插入一个热图时，将会出现一条警告信息(图2967)。

点击Continue(继续)并且通过如下几种方式按程序来应用SPADE转化:

 

 

•从转化导航器上拖放SPADE到目标热图(图2968)。

•进入Formatting Overlays Dialog (格式化叠加图层对话框)并在Transformation(转换)下拉菜单中选择并应用SPADE转换(图2969)。

以上2种方式的结果是出现一个热图，热图的m标题中会表示这是一个SPADE 树如下图所示，外轮廓是红色的(图2970)。

一旦SPADE被应用了，热图可以被格式化为：

• 根据例如节点的events的数目等统计数据调整为合适的大小。
• 设置展示的参数和统计
• 更改颜色的水平和配色方案
• 创建门来区分感兴趣的节点，并编辑其它的特征
